For sanitary purposes, returns and exchanges are NOT permitted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We work diligently to package your purchase for its journey to you. If you receive a damaged item, send us an email notification to hello@complimentsaglow.com along with a picture of the damaged item, no later than 3 calendar days from the date of delivery. We will promptly send you a replacement, if available, or issue you a store credit. If for any reason the damaged item needs to be returned to us, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
GIFT CARD PURCHASES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS permitted. Gift cards expire 3 months from the date of purchase. For discrepancies in balance, the balances maintained by Compliments Aglow® will prevail. A record of previous purchases will be provided via email within 72 hours of written request.
