We work diligently to process orders within 24 hours once payment is received. We ship orders out 6 days a week. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or the most efficient and cost effective courier service. All packages are sent to you via a tracking number. The tracking number is sent to your email address. Please ensure we have your full mailing address and correct email address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please utilize USPS.com or the applicable courier website to monitor the delivery status or to file claims for non-delivery / lost packages. 
 
  
Local Pickups
Customers in the local area may elect to schedule an appointment to pickup your purchase. The local pickup option must be selected at the time of purchase and an appointment must be established. If another individual will be picking up your curbside order, this information must be disclosed at the time of purchase. Delivery is not offered at this time. **If you change from a local pickup and request your order be shipped, you will receive an invoice for the shipping fee. Your order will be sent once the shipping fee invoice is paid.
