YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IS EXPRESSLY CONDITIONED UPON YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE. BY USING THIS SITE, YOU SIGNIFY YOUR CONSENT TO THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE, YOU SHOULD NOT USE THIS SITE. IN ADDITION, WHEN USING PARTICULAR FEATURES AND SERVICES ON THE SITE, YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO ANY POSTED GUIDELINES AND RULES APPLICABLE TO SUCH FEATURES AND SERVICES, ALL OF WHICH ARE INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.

 

PURPOSE OF THIS SITE

Compliments Aglow® LLC, our products and stores, the campaigns that we support and the activities we undertake. In addition, you may be able to purchase products and services through the Site. 

 

PRODUCT AND SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Reference to any product or service on the Site does not constitute an offer to sell or supply that product or service and does not mean that the product or service is available. We in no way imply that the materials on our Site are appropriate or available for use outside of the United States and we will not be able to fill your order if you require shipping outside of the United States. Inventory information is generally available on the Site for domestic merchandise. This information can be used to estimate the likelihood that merchandise will be shipped immediately after you place your order. However, we cannot guarantee that a product listed as "In stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, if an item that is marked "In stock" in your shopping cart when you place your order is sold out at the time your order is processed, we will notify you by e-mail that your order will not be filled and your credit card will not be charged.

Schedule an online appointments allow for any of the following: 
  • Local order pickup: When completing your order and requesting an appointment, you must disclose if another individual will be picking up the curbside order on your behalf.
  • Shopping the boutique inventory: Appointments can be scheduled in 30 minute to 1 hour increments. This appointment must be confirmed with a $20 non-refundable deposit. The $20 deposit secures your appointment and is applied towards your total purchase. No show appointments will forfeit the $20 deposit and future appointment requests may be declined. 
  • Accessory Styling: Whether online or in person appointments may be scheduled in 30 minute to 1 hour increments. This appointment must be confirmed with a $20 non-refundable deposit. During the appointment we will discuss your styling needs and budget. The $20 deposit secures your appointment and is applied towards your total purchase. No show appointments will forfeit the $20 deposit and future appointment requests may be declined. 
  • Hostess for groups and events: If you would like others to accompany you to your appointment, you will need to schedule a private Hostess / Pop Up / Vend appointment to further discuss. This appointment must be confirmed with a $20 non-refundable deposit. The $20 deposit secures your appointment and is applied towards your total purchase. No show appointments will forfeit the $20 deposit and future appointment requests may be declined. 

 

PAYMENTS
 
Multiple payments options are available.
 
Compliments Aglow® LLC at no point will hold or retain any of your card information. You are responsible for any payments due for any products or services ordered through your account on www.complimentsaglow.com or Social Media Live showings. If we do not receive payment from your credit issuer or its agents, your order will be marked null and void.
 
If in the event you place an order and receive an invoice with a due balance, your order will not be fulfilled until you have a ZERO balance. You shall also be responsible for any costs of collection of overdue payment. False disputes will not be tolerated and will result in you no longer being able to purchase products from Compliments Aglow® LLC, and possible legal recourse.
 
All Live Show invoices must be paid in full 24 hours (one business day) from the date of the invoice. If the invoice is left unpaid your order will be cancelled without any further notice. In addition Compliments Aglow® LLC reserves the right to disregard any future order requests. Once you have paid your invoice in FULL, the order will be processed, and you will receive another notice confirming fulfillment which will include your USPS tracking number or you will confirm your appointment date and time for local pickups.
 
CURRENT SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Current sales are only valid on orders placed on this website (www.complimentsaglow.com ) during specified time according to the sale and completed with full payment. When that invoice is PAID IN FULL your order will be processed and you will receive your confirmation email which will include your courier or USPS tracking number.
 
SALES TAX
Compliments Aglow® LLC charges sales tax according to your location.
